We are looking for a new member of the Customer Success Team at the headquarter in Zurich. The Customer Success Team advises and guides our customers individually, ensuring they launch the Qnnect software successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from Qnnect.
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for a few assigned clients. Working closely with our Account Managers, you will help new clients to ensure a successful implementation of the platform, raise user adoption and proactively develop long-lasting customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will also provide technical support and product training. Furthermore, you’ll assist the Head of Customer Success in creating templates and best practices to share with customers. In addition, you will use your deep customer understanding to provide inputs for the development of our product and our growing business. In agreement with your manager you will organize your schedule yourself.Requirements:
