Junior Customer Success Manager

Full-Time • Zurich, Switzerland

We are looking for a new member of the Customer Success Team at the headquarter in Zurich. The Customer Success Team advises and guides our customers individually, ensuring they launch the Qnnect software successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from Qnnect.

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for a few assigned clients. Working closely with our Account Managers, you will help new clients to ensure a successful implementation of the platform, raise user adoption and proactively develop long-lasting customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will also provide technical support and product training. Furthermore, you’ll assist the Head of Customer Success in creating templates and best practices to share with customers. In addition, you will use your deep customer understanding to provide inputs for the development of our product and our growing business. In agreement with your manager you will organize your schedule yourself.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, German and French
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy for stakeholders and end-users within customer companies
  • Tech enthusiastic
  • Reliability, self-motivation and skilled in self-organization
  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and user engagement
  • Track record in a customer-facing organization doing customer success, client relationship management, account management or strategic consulting is a plus

Junior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager at the headquarter in Zurich. You would work together with the Marketing Manager EMEA and adapt the global strategy to the European markets. During her maternity leave, you would represent the Marketing Manager. Here is an overview of the job specification:

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy
  • Creation of sales & marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, flyers presentations
  • Online Marketing support (Website, Social Media, SEO & SEA)
  • Event management (preparation and organization of international tradeshows)
  • Coordination with external partners (agencies, freelancers, journalists)
  • Reporting
  • Various administrative tasks
